2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and plan details are shown at checkout or in your account.
• Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Authorize.net). You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your plan in your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice. Changes apply to new cycles unless stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
• No reverse engineering, interfering with security, or unauthorized access.
• Respect third-party rights and applicable content licenses.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
• The EPG123 platform, software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

5. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when possible. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Support Tickets

Users may open support tickets. We may assign tickets to moderators or staff and mark tickets as resolved when appropriate. You agree not to submit unlawful or abusive content in tickets.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for harmful activity. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPG123 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold EPG123 harmless from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
