  • Billing & Payments: Plan, amount, status, transaction IDs, and timestamps. We use Authorize.net or other payment processors to handle payments; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • EPG/Channels/Programs: Data you create or import (e.g., source URLs, titles, channel IDs, schedules).
  • Support Tickets: Ticket content, attachments, assignee, comments, and resolution notes.
  • Usage & Device: Log data, IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and interactions (for analytics, security, and improving service).
